About the Role
This is a hybrid role based in Armonk, NY.
Harry is seeking a highly strategic, proactive, and integrated marketing professional to serve as an Account Strategist across a portfolio of client accounts. This position is designed for someone who can think like a strategist, operate like a producer, and lead like a client partner.
The Sr. Account Manager serves as the central connector between client goals, integrated marketing campaigns, content strategy, creative production, earned media, and digital execution. This person acts as a strategic advisor to clients while driving proactive growth opportunities and flawless cross-functional execution internally.
The ideal candidate understands how modern marketing ecosystems work across communications, creative, content, media, thought leadership, and digital growth — and can confidently lead conversations with both internal teams and executive-level clients. This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, strategically minded, collaborative, comfortable traveling, and energized by identifying opportunities before clients ask for them.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Leadership
- Serve as a senior day-to-day lead across assigned client accounts
- Build trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders and client leadership teams
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and campaign plans
- Lead strategic planning across communications, creative, digital, media, content, and thought leadership initiatives
- Identify proactive growth opportunities, strategic initiatives, and campaign ideas for clients
- Present recommendations, campaign concepts, messaging, and ideas confidently to client leadership
Content, Narrative & Thought Leadership
- Collaborate with internal content, creative, and media teams to guide key messaging, social media strategy, blogs and articles, speaking opportunities and executive thought leadership, earned media initiatives
- Contribute strategic writing, content development, and messaging recommendations
- Identify opportunities to elevate client visibility, positioning, and industry presence
Production & Execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign briefs are cohesive, measurable, and aligned with client goals
- Ensure projects remain aligned with scope, timelines, budgets, and strategic objectives
- Partner closely with Operations + PMO team to coordinate cross-functional execution between creative, paid media, and operations teams
- Maintain high standards for quality control across all client-facing work
Growth & Opportunity Development
- Contribute to client strategic planning efforts and new business initiatives
- Stay informed on industry trends, marketing innovations, and emerging opportunities relevant to client sectors
- Periodic travel to client sites, events, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in integrated marketing, agency strategy, client leadership, communications or related roles
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing across communications, PR, content, organic social and paid media, creative production and digital strategy
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, paid media, content, and operations teams
- Strong strategic writing and messaging capabilities
- Experience working directly with executive and C-level stakeholders
- Highly proactive mindset with strong problem-solving instincts
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced agency environment
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
