This role focuses on winning contracts.
You'll be presenting directly to executive decision-makers who are evaluating physician partnerships, medical direction services, and long-term clinical strategies.

Success requires executive presence, persistence, strategic thinking, and the ability to differentiate value in a competitive marketplace.
What Success Looks Like
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of senior living communities, ownership groups, and post-acute organizations.
Create new opportunities through cold outreach, networking, market intelligence, referrals, and in-person relationship development.
Secure meetings with Executive Directors, Administrators, ownership groups, operators, and healthcare leadership teams.
Present physician services, medical direction solutions, and clinical partnership opportunities.
Navigate competitive environments and position Twin Cities Physicians as a long-term strategic partner.
Manage negotiations, proposals, contracts, and implementation handoffs.
Consistently grow territory revenue through net-new business acquisition.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor\'s degree required.
Documented success winning
net-new business
and closing contracts.
Ability to clearly explain pipeline metrics, quota attainment, close rates, average deal size, and sales cycle management.
Experience selling to executive stakeholders and ownership groups.
Strong business acumen, professionalism, and consultative selling skills.
Willingness to travel throughout Minnesota to build relationships and close business.
