Are you ready to take charge this season as a Seasonal District Sales Manager for Spirit Halloween? We offer a competitive weekly rate between $1,050 and $1,075, depending on your qualifications and experience. This exciting seasonal role commences in July and typically concludes in November. As the District Sales Manager, you will oversee all operations of an average of three stores, focusing on:

Driving sales performance

Managing payroll and recruiting efforts

Training and nurturing team members

Ensuring employee relations are positive and productive

Controlling expenses and reducing shrink

Overseeing the construction, opening, operation, and closing/tear down of Spirit stores

We are looking for candidates who are at least 21 years old, possess a flexible schedule, and have 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory role. This position involves significant physical activity, requiring you to stand, walk, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
