Responsibilities

Provide expert bra fittings and personalized lingerie styling

Assist customers in selecting bras, lingerie, and related products based on their needs and preferences

Educate customers on styles, fabrics, garment construction, and proper fit

Diagnose fit issues and recommend thoughtful, confidence‑boosting solutions

Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns professionally

Adapt to a variety of customer needs in a fast‑paced boutique environment

Maintain a welcoming store atmosphere through merchandising, restocking, and organized inventory management

Support social media and marketing initiatives as needed

Use CRM/POS systems to process transactions accurately and manage customer profiles

Handle cash and card payments with accuracy and attention to detail

Upsell complementary products such as accessories, shapewear, or lingerie care items

Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments

Maintain reliability, punctuality, and scheduling commitments

Requirements

Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred

1+ year of retail experience (lingerie or specialty apparel experience is a plus)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain fitting procedures clearly and confidently

Detail‑oriented, organized, and an active listener

Positive, supportive attitude and a customer‑centric mindset

Adaptability and comfort working in an intimate, body‑positive retail environment

Genuine enthusiasm for our products and mission

Weekend availability required

Availability during end‑of‑year holidays

Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities

Bilingual abilities highly valued to support our diverse customer base

Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor

Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, stocking merchandise, and conducting product demos
