Our Client, a Japanese Logistics company is looking for a Office Administrator.

***This position will support overall office operations and provide administrative assistance across general affairs, accounting support, and employee services. ***

Key Responsibilities
Support daily office operations and administrative functions.
Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing and expense tracking.
Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Assist expatriate employees with relocation and settlement-related matters.
Coordinate business travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
Maintain office records, files, and internal documentation.
Serve as a liaison between the local office, headquarters, and external service providers.
Support HR-related administrative activities and employee communications.
Handle general office duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
Previous experience in office administration, general affairs, accounting support, or a related role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Japanese skill

is a big plus.
