Client Solutions Manager

This role involves heavy outbound cold calling as well as seeing clients in person. If this experience is something that you have done in the past and you are passionate about building client relationships - then this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
Build Relationships & Drive Growth
Develop your own client base by showcasing our contract talent solutions. Use your expertise in
graphic design, marketing, advertising, and corporate communications
to engage C-level executives and decision-makers through video, phone, and in-person meetings.
Be a Connector
Match exceptional candidates with client needs and ensure both sides receive outstanding service. You’ll be the go-to problem solver, ensuring smooth placements and quick resolutions.
Lead in the Community
Represent Robert Half at local networking events and associations, strengthening our presence and building lasting partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Design, or IT a plus)
2+ years in
business development
or creative-related fields (marketing, branding, PR, design) in a sales capacity. Making sales calls, seeing clients in person.
Proven ability to
close deals , build relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Competitive, self-motivated, and ready to exceed goals
