As Manager Account Management, Partner Solutions, Roundel, you will develop a multi-channel, integrated marketing approach across digital channels and platforms for Roundel clients.
Primary Responsibilities
Key client contact for high-level annual planning and program-level strategies, delivering highly integrated and effective media plans for Roundel’s top accounts.
Own authorship and inputs for client campaign proposals, building audience strategies, media mix allocations, and creative and media strategies aligned with client priorities and insights.
Consult with internal partners to understand category trends and marketing needs.
Attend client meetings and present strategic recommendations based on key objectives, providing guidance on media tactics.
Stay up to date on industry trends in retail and digital advertising, looking for opportunities and tests to elevate service.
Partner closely with cross‑functional teams (Reporting & Insights, Analytics, Sales, Trading & Ad Ops, Channel Development) to deliver and execute effective results.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of proven digital media planning, marketing, or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding and experience within Digital Marketing and Media.
Knowledge of ad serving, ad networks, and overall landscape.
Hands‑on experience with media planning systems and tools such as Operative One, DCM, DFP or similar ad serving platform.
Outstanding attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to multi‑task and drive results within a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment.
Superior time management to handle multiple concurrent projects and campaigns.
Ability to articulate and defend creative & media direction to internal and external stakeholders.
Exceptional understanding of the full media planning process, from strategy and plan development to execution.
Passion for uncovering new media opportunities to drive incremental business.
Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and maximize relationships with internal and external partners.
Preferred Location and Travel
Primary clients located across Chicago, New York City, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Minneapolis. Preference for candidates based in these markets. No relocation will be offered. Travel to local clients is required.
Work Arrangement
The position may be considered for Remote or Hybrid (Flex for Your Day) work arrangement based on Target’s needs. Remote may involve full‑time work from home with occasional travel to HQ. Hybrid may allow on‑site or remote work depending on team and task requirements.
