Job Description

Creative Director – Men’s Lifestyle Apparel Brand

We’re hiring a Creative Director to help shape the future of a premium men’s lifestyle apparel brand — from campaign concept and product storytelling to photoshoots, launches, digital experiences, and the overall feel of how we show up in the world.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can think strategically, move quickly, lead a team, and understand a high‑level brand design for a customer that’s writing marketing copy, build a site and the ability to run ideas into work that gets attention and drives the brand forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Creative Strategy & Execution
  • Translate marketing goals into clear, compelling creative ideas
  • Develop campaigns across paid media, web, wholesale, and organic channels
  • Bring fresh thinking and new campaign concepts that help connect stand out in the lifestyle apparel category
  • Collaborate closely with the Founder/CMO to help shape marketing direction and creative strategy
  • Introduce new ideas, storytelling approaches, and creative opportunities that continue leveling up the brand

Balance Timeless Brand Consistency with Style, Relevant Execution

  • Build Product Stories from the Ground Up
  • Partner with product teams to develop tribe briefs ahead of launches
  • Help shape product narratives, messaging, and go-to-market storytelling
  • Create every campaign from a single, strong point of view behind it

Work Across Teams

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Wholesale, CX, Marketing, and E-Commerce
  • Help ensure the brand experience feels cohesive across every customer touchpoint

Lead Creative Production

  • Concept, plan, and execute photoshoots and video productions
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, photographers, and creators to bring campaigns to life

Maintain High Creative Standards

  • Shape the brand’s visual identity and create all deliverables and channels
  • Partner with E-Commerce and Marketing teams on website creative, landing pages, product storytelling, and overall site experience
  • Help ensure paid social creative and digital marketing assets feel elevated, on‑brand, and performance‑mind­ed

Lead & Develop the Team

  • Provide strong creative leadership, direction, and feedback to the internal creative team
  • Help mentor emerging talent and move quickly
  • Bring a high level of accountability, energy, and follow‑through to the work

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in creative roles (brand and/or agency)
  • 2+ years leading creative teams
  • Strong portfolio showing brand storytelling, campaign thinking, paid social creative, and digital design
  • Strong understanding of paid social creative and what makes campaigns resonate across digital channels
  • Experience working on website design, e‑commerce storytelling, and digital brand experiences
  • Comfortable being both strategic and hands‑on
