Marketing Executive Producer – FOX 13 Seattle

Lead the production of original multimedia promotions for news, sports, local programming, station image campaigns, network priorities and commercial content for sales clients. Work closely with the Vice President of Marketing & Creative Services to manage and execute multi‑platform campaigns, media buys, and on‑air log coordination. Mentor fellow marketing producers in editing, writing and production skills.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Write, shoot, edit and execute large‑scale promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing & Creative Services on advertising campaigns for news, sports, and local programming.
  • Develop branded content for digital and social platforms.
  • Partner with news managers and EPs to capture the best moments of news products that demonstrate our brand.
  • Serve as liaison between news, creative services, and sales departments.
  • Present fully realized campaigns during pitches and creative briefings.
  • Oversee on‑location production shoots for promos and commercial projects.
  • Drive audience growth and engagement across FOX 13 Seattle platforms.
  • Deliver video productions, including writing, directing, cinematography, editing and motion graphics.
  • Coordinate with remote designers at the FOX Graphics HUB to maintain brand consistency.
  • Act as lead producer for station image and special creative content.
  • Create integrated social campaigns to coincide with linear promotions.
  • Manage outside media buys and internal promotional avails on linear, digital, streaming and social media, including out‑of‑home and paid social advertising.
  • Track impressions and analytics to determine campaign success.

Essential Duties

  • Foster a collaborative culture by actively soliciting and integrating employee input and creative ideas.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven ability to foster a collaborative creative environment and incorporate diverse perspectives into high‑level projects.
  • Strong people‑management skills and ability to handle daily interpersonal dynamics while maintaining discipline and structure.
  • 2–4 years producing and managing multi‑platform creative marketing campaigns and commercial content, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior producer capacity.
  • Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of current digital and social trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university (preferred).
  • Experience in multi‑media production (local, cable, or network) required.
  • Previous linear and digital promotion/marketing experience highly desired.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $93,000.00 – $103,000.00 annually, dependent on education, skills, experience, and location.
