Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Marketing Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of cross-functional programs aimed at Sales Play Activation and Regional Product & Solutions Marketing initiatives. This role demands acting as a PMO Lead, driving timelines, managing risks, and ensuring the timely delivery of sales enablement and Go-To-Market (GTM) programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure consistent and scalable execution of programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own program plans, track progress, manage stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and maintain alignment across different teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for program status updates and ensure operational excellence.
- Prepare and manage program documentation, governance, reporting, and communication.
- Support the development and rollout of sales enablement assets and drive their adoption.
Must-Have Skills
- Advanced proficiency in PMO tools (PowerPoint, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Excel).
- Strong understanding of PMO practices and frameworks.
- Highly organized with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Industry Experience
Experience in technology, digital services, or B2B marketing organizations is preferred.
