HB Staffing is seeking a SeasonalElectionsOnsiteManager to join a growing and dynamic team! The SeasonalElectionsOnsiteManager is responsible for owning workforce performance and delivery execution at assigned election sites during a high-volume, time-sensitive period.

This role ensures that:

  1. Shifts are filled
  2. Associates show up and perform
  3. Client expectations are consistently met
  4. Issues are addressed in real-time

This is a hands-on, high-accountability role that requires strong judgment, urgency, and the ability to make decisions quickly in a constantly changing environment.

Core Objectives:

  1. Manage attendance and ensure daily shift coverage
  2. Drive associate performance and accountability through active onsite management
  3. Protect client satisfaction through responsiveness, communication, and follow-through
  4. Reduce disruption and by addressing attendance, behavior, and performance issues immediately

Key Responsibilities:

Workforce Execution & Coverage

  1. Own daily shift coverage across assigned sites; proactively identify and resolve gaps
  2. Coordinate last-minute backfills in partnership with recruiting
  3. Monitor attendance in real-time and take immediate action on callouts
    o-shows
  4. Maintain clear visibility into headcount, coverage risk, and upcoming needs

Performance Management & Accountability

  1. Set clear expectations with associates on attendance, conduct, and performance
  2. Conduct onsite coaching, corrective conversations, and terminations as needed
  3. Manage walk-offs, escalations, and behavior issues in real time

Onsite Presence & Associate Experience

  1. Maintain a visible onsite presence during key shifts and high-risk periods
  2. As needed, meet new hires on their first day to ensure a strong start and clear expectations
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for associate concerns onsite

Client Partnership

  1. Build a strong working relationship with onsite client stakeholders
  2. Collect real-time feedback on associate performance and operational gaps
  3. Urgently elevate risks and onsite needs to the HB Staffing team

Schedule & Work Detail

  1. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in unstructured, fast-changing environments and is willing to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  2. The Onsite Manager must lead from the front, demonstrating comfort jumping in and helping, being on site, and being the go-to person for the customer and associates.
