Location: Rocklin, CA (This is a remote position, but candidates must have reliable transportation in order to commute to Rocklin, CA)

Pay:

$31 to $32/hour

Experience: Previous management experience.

Seasonal Elections Onsite Manager

is responsible for owning workforce performance and delivery execution at assigned election sites during a high-volume, time-sensitive period.

This role ensures that:

Shifts are filled

Associates show up and perform

Client expectations are consistently met

Issues are addressed in real-time

This is a hands-on, high-accountability role that requires strong judgment, a sense of urgency, and the ability to make quick decisions in a constantly changing environment.

Job Description:
Workforce Execution & Coverage

Own daily shift coverage across assigned sites; proactivelyidentifyand resolve gaps

Coordinate last-minute backfills in partnership with recruiting

Monitor attendance in real-time and take immediate action on callouts
o-shows

Maintain clear visibility into headcount,coveragerisk, and upcoming needs

Performance Management & Accountability

Set clear expectations with associates on attendance, conduct, and performance

Conduct onsite coaching, corrective conversations, and terminations as needed

Manage walk-offs, escalations, and behavior issues in real time

Onsite Presence & Associate Experience

Maintain a visible onsite presence during key shifts and high-risk periods

As needed, meet new hires on their first day to ensure a strong start and clear expectations

Serve as the primary point of contact for associate concerns onsite

Client Partnership

Build a strong working relationship with onsite client stakeholders

Collect real-time feedback on associate performance and operational gaps

Urgently escalaterisksand onsite needs to the HB Staffing team

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in unstructured, fast-changingenvironmentsandis willingto worknon-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

TheOnsite Managermust lead from the front,demonstratingcomfortjumping in and helping, being on site, and being the go-to person for the customer and associates.
