Responsibilities
- Responsible for the point of sales software administration and maintenance.
- Responsible for the daily and monthly reporting/auditing of Hotel Revenue Activity as well as expressing recommendations converting job related issues.
- Prepare and input journal entries and any required internal and external financial reports according to General Accepted Accounting Principal (GAAP).
- Responsible for auditing of all reports and documents used in recording non-gaming analysis.
- Prepare daily hotel revenue and complimentary reports/analyses deemed necessary by management.
- Ensures adherence to departmental and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Responsible for account analyses of nongaming receivables and liabilities. Complete ad hoc analytical assignments as directed by upper management.
- Promotes positive public relations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree in related field
- Highly Analytical
- Strong PC skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
