An elite, multi-faceted private club and luxury estate in the rolling hills of Central Florida seeks a visionary Vice President of Sales and Marketing . Compensation & Benefits

$175,000 – $200,000 base, medical and dental coverage (75% employer paid after waiting period), 401k with 6% match, PTO, personal and sick days, paid holidays, life insurance, STD/LTD, and more.

Local candidates are preferred; however, we will make exceptions for candidates with previous market experience.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, end-to-end sales and marketing programs to support business expansion and new-venue launches.
  • Lead and mentor an internal creative team while managing external agency partnerships and reporting dashboards.
  • Scale high-volume luxury event segments, specifically focusing on expanding the wedding and corporate business portfolios.
  • Oversee the full digital ecosystem, including SEO/SEM, social media strategy, web design, and data analytics to drive ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to present strategic vision changes and detailed ROI analysis.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years in a senior marketing leadership role (Director or VP level) within luxury resorts or high-end country clubs.
  • Proven track record in properties integrating hotel operations, championship golf, and high-volume luxury weddings.
  • Demonstrated "startup" skillset, including the creation of SOPs and go-to-market strategies from scratch.
  • Advanced proficiency in digital marketing ecosystems and sophisticated art direction for luxury-tier brands.
  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills with a mandatory high level of grammar proficiency.
