Summary
The Vice President Human Resources is a senior leader responsible for shaping and delivering the people strategy for LVMH Fashion Group Americas, partnering with Maison Presidents and executive leadership. The role balances strategic direction with hands-on execution across a population of 1,000+ employees in a complex global matrix. The VP drives organizational development, talent strategy, and HR technology initiatives to support business growth and leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement a cohesive people strategy to drive engagement, performance, and talent sustainability across the Fashion Group.
- Design and execute organizational planning and development to align structures and capabilities with business objectives.
- Advise senior leadership and Maisons on people, culture, and organizational implications using data and market insights.
- Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, learning programs, and leadership development initiatives.
- Ensure compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with group philosophy and market benchmarks.
- Manage employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and the adoption of HR technology and AI solutions to improve HR effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years in a human resources leadership role.
- Deep expertise across HR disciplines including talent acquisition, employee relations, L&D, compensation and benefits, HR technology, and organizational development.
- Proven experience aligning human capital strategy with complex business objectives in matrixed, global, or luxury fashion environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging technology and data to drive HR outcomes.
