The Growth Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our reach across various territories. You’ll be directly reporting to the Director of Demand Generation and will take charge of executing dynamic digital demand generation, establishing relationships with professional associations, and implementing effective localization strategies throughout the assigned regions. This position requires local activation through in‑person events while also integrating a robust multi‑channel digital approach.
In this highly collaborative role, you will craft scalable campaign strategies and work closely with the Sales team to drive local growth. Your contributions will help shape the marketing playbook necessary for Avive to penetrate and flourish in key territories.
Local Market Activation & AE Enablement
- Develop and implement tailored marketing plans to support Account Executives (AEs) and accelerate pipeline growth in active markets.
- Create regional playbooks covering local media outreach, community events (CPR training, product demonstrations), and co‑branded campaigns.
- Design referral and advocacy programs specific to each market.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify high‑potential local segments and provide customized marketing support.
Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Design and execute a comprehensive multi‑channel demand generation strategy that includes paid search, paid social, SEO, email campaigns, and webinars.
- Develop campaigns focused on generating leads from core segments such as public safety, schools, corporate campuses, and municipalities.
- Own the conversion strategy through all stages of the funnel, from ad creative to landing pages and lead nurturing workflows.
- Partner with Product Marketing to transform messaging into engaging and conversion‑oriented content.
Press, Partnerships & Community Marketing
- Enhance local visibility through community storytelling and earned media; engage regional press and coordinate coverage with PR partners.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to highlight customer successes, AED saves, and impactful deployments.
- Oversee marketing strategy for territory‑based sponsorships, associations, local events, and outreach campaigns.
Analytics & Iteration
- Analyze and report on campaign performance and its impact on pipeline using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
- Track and improve key growth metrics (lead quality, CAC, ROAS, MQL, pipeline contribution).
- Establish processes for continuous improvement through testing and learning in both national and localized campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or field marketing, preferably in health tech, public safety, SaaS, or related sectors.
- A proven track record of designing and executing successful multi‑channel lead generation campaigns.
- Experience supporting Sales with local marketing strategies, event activations, and community initiatives.
- Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo, Salesforce, and major ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
- Excellent collaboration skills, thriving in cross‑functional environments with Sales, Product Marketing, and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics, ready to take action and experiment with new ideas.
- A genuine passion for mission‑driven work and making a community impact.
Bonus Points
- Experience with connected tech products or connected healthcare solutions.
- Skills in designing responsive websites, social media content, and performance marketing materials.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design and wireframing.
