Summary
autoMHatic Financial is a private‑equity backed manufactured housing lender dedicated to offering manufactured home loans. We are expanding from a regional player to a national lender and are looking for a motivated territory‑based sales professional.
Supervisory Responsibilities
None.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage, train, and provide overall guidance to the sales team within an assigned territory.
- Travel to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Utilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face‑to‑face meetings to close sales.
- Develop and sustain long‑term relationships with customers.
- Implement a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of related sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
Physical Requirements
- Up to 75% travel.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
