Salary: $60,000 (annual) + Commission
Summary autoMHatic Financial is a private‑equity backed manufactured housing lender dedicated to offering manufactured home loans. We are expanding from a regional player to a national lender and are looking for a motivated territory‑based sales professional.
Supervisory Responsibilities None.
Duties and Responsibilities Manage, train, and provide overall guidance to the sales team within an assigned territory.
Travel to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
Utilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face‑to‑face meetings to close sales.
Develop and sustain long‑term relationships with customers.
Implement a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.

Qualifications Excellent sales and customer service skills.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of related sales experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Physical Requirements Up to 75% travel.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
