Requirements Analyst – Joint Interagency Task Force 401 (C‑sUAS)

We are seeking an experienced Requirements Analyst to develop and analyze military requirements for the JIATF 401 C‑sUAS mission. The role will support the identification, prioritization, and briefing of capability gaps and work closely with materiel developers, program managers and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the identification and prioritization of C‑sUAS gaps and develop briefing products related to gap analysis.
  • Integrate developments in materiel and non‑materiel solutions with combat developers and program managers to improve warfighting capabilities for the Joint Force.
  • Develop and analyze requirements documents in support of joint capabilities development processes.
  • Prepare briefings, information papers, EXSUMS, and decision support correspondence.
  • Represent JIATF 401 equities at briefings, meetings, forums and conferences concerning organizational or functional responsibilities within the C‑sUAS community of interest.
  • Execute staff actions to support JIATF 401 efforts.
  • Answer requests for information from C‑sUAS stakeholders, including Congress, OSD and other key organizations.

Job Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship.
  • 12+ years of related military experience.
  • Active Secret Department of Defense clearance required to start, with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.
  • Basic understanding of the Counter‑Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C‑UAS) mission.
  • Senior Military Staff experience (Joint Staff, OSD, COCOM, or military service).
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a.m.–5p.m.
  • Location: Alexandria, VA.
  • Travel: 0–10%.
  • Relocation assistance: No.
