THE ROLE

As a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be the architect of the end-to-end customer journey, developing and orchestrating integrated GTM journeys and campaigns, and leading a cross‑functional team to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, pipeline progression, and revenue growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design and orchestrate integrated GTM journeys and campaigns that move target segments through the funnel, utilizing a data‑driven jobs‑to‑be‑done framework to deliver personalized, multi‑channel experiences.
  • Drive cross‑functional execution and alignment by collaborating with MOPS, Digital, and Product teams to activate automation and ensure a consistent, unified voice across all Everpure touchpoints.
  • Optimize performance and pipeline acceleration by defining and monitoring key performance indicators such as buying group coverage and pipeline progression, rapidly iterating strategies to improve conversion rates and maximize marketing ROI.
  • Lead strategic communication and stakeholder management: present journey strategies and campaign results to executive leadership, manage external agency partnerships, and extend internal capabilities.
  • In‑office collaboration: work from our Raleigh office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless on PTO or approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Expertise in B2B integrated marketing strategy—extensive experience building and leading multi‑channel integrated marketing campaigns within the B2B technology sector (IT, data storage, or cloud computing preferred).
  • Customer journey mastery—proven ability to map complex buyer lifecycles and implement personalization and segmentation strategies that drive measurable engagement and revenue impact.
  • Collaborative leadership—demonstrated success in leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex projects through influential communication and transparent stakeholder management.
  • Analytical decision‑making—proficiency with marketing technology stacks and analytics tools to interpret performance signals and translate raw data into actionable campaign optimizations.

The annual base salary range is: $182,000 - $273,000 USD
