Overview
The Strategy & Operations team within Disney Entertainment and ESPN - Product & Technology shapes the organization\'s long-term vision, develops actionable product strategies, and executes against near-term priorities. The team reports to the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) and uses strategic analysis, storytelling, and operational rigor to surface insights, frame trade-offs, and guide decision-making for Disney\'s senior leadership. As the Director of Product & Technology Strategy & Operations , you will build and lead a team that serves as the analytical backbone and connective tissue for Product & Technology leadership, using data-driven rigor and executional discipline to set OKRs, manage performance, and drive operational momentum across the organization.
