API LLM Integration / ReactJS Engineer - Hybrid
We are seeking an API LLM Integration / ReactJS Engineer to join our AI team in Santa Clara, California. The role involves working with software engineers and business stakeholders to create AI-driven solutions that meet the company's business needs and goals.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and implementing AI models.
- Analyzing and improving existing AI architectures.
- Researching and implementing new AI technologies and methodologies.
- Working with data scientists and other stakeholders to understand business needs and goals.
- Ensuring AI systems are aligned with the company’s business strategy.
- Providing expertise and guidance on AI capabilities and systems.
- Ensuring AI initiatives follow compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with other teams to implement and improve AI functionality.
- Building AI agents from scratch using product requirements, including development, testing across scenarios, and writing simulation tests.
- Interfacing directly with clients to ensure agents meet their needs and connect to necessary APIs/databases.
- Reviewing live conversations and client feedback, identifying negative conversations, creating issues, and making improvements.
- Performing regular stakeholder check‑ins, improving and evaluating metrics.
- Hands‑on React development lifecycle and component lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI and related domains.
- 3+ years of experience conceptualizing and architecting AI solution environments.
- 5+ years of hands‑on development experience using ReactJS, especially core concepts of React and front‑end frameworks.
- 5+ years of ReactJS and TypeScript experience, comfortable with VCS using Git, and other standard engineering workflows; understanding of LLMs and writing API integrations in TypeScript.
- 3+ years of experience supporting professional services sales cycle including proposal development, RFP responses, and account expansion initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills
- Project lead experience with a global team.
- Relevant certifications in AI domains.
Compensation
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $87,952.00–$122,156.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
