Role Overview
As the Regional Marketing Manager for the Northeast region, you will be responsible for growing the C4 Energy and Bloom brands in that area, working closely with field marketing teams, local sales, and DSD partners to execute localized marketing programs aligned with the company’s brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans to reach consumers and authentically connect them to the C4 Energy and Bloom brands, positioning products in the right markets.
- Provide input on go‑to‑market strategies for new product launches and brand campaigns to maximize reach.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to localize national campaigns and product launches.
- Build strong relationships with beverage sales and DSD partners to align strategies and drive sales.
- Establish objectives, KPIs, and priorities for downline teams while providing strategic direction and motivation.
- Drive growth in household penetration and velocity across key retail accounts and regional markets.
- Research and secure strategic partnerships, athletes, and influencers for events and sampling activities.
- Coordinate event logistics and work with the Field Marketing Manager on scheduling brand ambassador teams.
- Monitor and report program effectiveness through weekly and monthly recaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, PR or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in field and/or experiential marketing.
- Experience in the CPG or beverage industry, with familiarity working with beverage DSDs or direct experience with Big Geyser a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities.
- Creative and resourceful problem‑solving skills.
- Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated and willing to work nights, weekends, and travel within the designated territory.
- Ability to carry 50 lbs. and meet the physical demands of the job.
