Job Description
Overview: Leads the treble show choir and supports the overall show choir program through instruction, rehearsal, and performance preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Direct rehearsals, teaching vocal music, and choreography
- Collaborate on show design, repertoire, and performances
- Assist with auditions, placement, and student evaluation
- Promote healthy vocal technique and strong performance skills
- Support rehearsals, performances, competitions, and travelHelp with costumes, staging, and program organization
- Communicate with students, parents, and staff
Qualifications:
- Background in music education or related field
- Experience with choral music and/or show choir
- Strong teaching, leadership, and organizational skills
Time Commitment: Rehearsals, performances, competitions, and occasional summer work
Position Type: Part-Time
