About this role

As Director, Corporate Communications, Global Conferences, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive communications that advance the Global Conferences business strategy and foster associate engagement. Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Communications, you will act as a trusted advisor to three senior leaders: Marketing, Operations, and Gartner C‑level Communities, driving change management, executive communications and initiatives that enhance organizational productivity and culture.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with the Senior Director to architect and deliver a globally consistent communications strategy that supports Global Conferences’ business priorities, change initiatives and culture efforts.
  • Serve as the principal communications lead for three senior leaders, providing strategic counsel and managing the end‑to‑end development of executive messaging.
  • Drive change communications and associate engagement initiatives, leveraging Gartner best practices to foster understanding alignment, and action across the organization.
  • Lead, manage and execute content for key global leadership meetings.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of high‑impact communications, including town halls, intranet content, leadership meetings, executive scripts, newsletters, roundtables, videos, and organizational announcements.
  • Champion a customer‑centric approach, embedding the voice of the customer in all messaging and engagement activities, and sharing compelling stories that highlight customer success and best practices.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and communication partners across business units to ensure cohesive and aligned messaging enterprise wide.
  • Proactively assess the effectiveness of communications channels using data and analytics, driving continuous improvement and innovation in communications strategy and execution.
  • Partner with the India Center of Excellence and other global teams on key deliverables, ensuring excellence in design, project management and multimedia content.

What you’ll need

  • 7‑10 years’ communications experience in a corporate environment, with a proven ability to lead strategic communications programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success advising senior leaders and managing complex change management and engagement initiatives.
  • Superior writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling, and actionable communications.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships at the executive level.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to optimize communications effectiveness.
  • Creative problem‑solver with a track record of innovation, execution and customer service.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally several times a year.
