Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of Snoonu’s visual identity and sub-brands across typography, color, and graphic systems.
- Own and maintain clear, scalable brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Translate business and product needs into strong, effective visual solutions in collaboration with marketing, product, and leadership.
- Drive brand concepts and campaigns from idea to final execution.
- Design and oversee production of offline materials, including packaging, merchandise, print, and environmental assets, ensuring high quality and attention to detail.
- Manage external partners and production processes end-to-end.
- Ensure consistency across all outputs and continuously elevate the quality of the brand.
- Improve design systems, workflows, and asset organization.
- Support and guide designers through feedback and direction.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand design.
- Strong portfolio with end-to-end identity work across multiple touchpoints.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual systems.
- Experience using AI tools in the design process.
- Ability to clearly present and defend design decisions.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
- High level of ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building brand systems at scale.
- Understanding of print production and physical brand assets.
- Experience working with motion or 3D teams.
- Background in e-commerce, fast-growing startups or consumer products.
