Position Purpose - Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
- Manages multiple branch locations
- Oversees and supervises Branch Managers within the division
- Reports directly to Division Manager
- Drives profitable growth within the division
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervises multiple branch managers, operations managers, and underwriters who report directly to Regional Manager within the Division
Qualifications
- Has experience running multiple branch locations
- Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/divisions
- Multi-tasking ability
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
