Feature documentary at the intersection of consciousness, biohacking, and human self‑understanding. We’re production and are looking for an experienced Associate Producer to help drive the film across the finish line.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the director to manage the production and post‑production pipeline — with a particular focus on music and composer relations, talent coordination, contract negotiation, vendor coordination, and research. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in the late‑stage energy of a film coming together.
Responsibilities include:
- Negotiating and managing contracts with composers, sound designers, and post vendors
- Music supervision support and score coordination
- Production research (neuroscience, clearances, subject‑related sourcing)
- Keeping post schedule on track toward picture lock
- General production coordination across editor, composer, and director
