Marketing Leader, Cardiology Informatics (Cambridge, MA)
Lead the global marketing strategy for Philips’ Cardiology Informatics portfolio, driving demand, adoption, and commercial performance across a complex, software‑driven healthcare ecosystem.
Your Role
- Lead global go‑to‑market strategy and execution for the Cardiology Informatics portfolio, driving pipeline growth, accelerating opportunity conversion, and achieving annual operating‑plan targets.
- Partner across product management, sales, clinical, regulatory, communications, and regional marketing teams to deliver aligned, global‑to‑local marketing activation and consistent customer experiences.
- Own portfolio positioning, messaging, and new product introduction (NPI) strategy, translating value propositions into compelling, market‑relevant narratives across priority customer segments.
- Drive demand generation through integrated campaigns, digital channels, events, and account‑based marketing, strengthening brand preference and customer advocacy.
- Build and lead a high‑performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development while ensuring operational rigor and measurable return on investment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B or healthcare technology marketing, with a strong track record of leading global or multi‑regional go‑to‑market strategies and marketing teams.
- Strategic marketing leadership, demand generation, portfolio positioning, data‑driven decision making, and cross‑functional influence across matrixed organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Informatics, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Collaborative and influential leader with strong executive presence, able to align diverse stakeholders, develop talent, and operate effectively in a complex, regulated healthcare environment.
- Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental requirements as outlined in company policy.
Office Requirements
This is an office role with onsite presence required at least three days per week in Cambridge, MA.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position in MA is $184,000 to $292,000. Base pay may vary within the posted range. Additional compensation may include an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, and long‑term incentives. Employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits program, including PTO, 401(k) (up to 7% match), HSA, stock purchase plan, and education reimbursement.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position; the candidate must reside or be within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
