Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies that drive awareness, inquiries, and enrollment
Build annual campaign and content plans that position the organization as a premier destination within its market
Collaborate with leadership and external partners to shape marketing initiatives and brand direction
Manage digital marketing including website content, social media storytelling, and advertising initiatives
Create compelling marketing collateral including newsletters, guides, and promotional materials
Plan and promote events such as open houses, exhibitions, and community engagement initiatives
Develop relationships with media, vendors, and community partners to expand reach and partnerships
Engage families and stakeholders through communications, events, and ongoing engagement activities
Track marketing performance and analyze campaign effectiveness to improve results
Prepare reporting and recommendations based on marketing data and trends
Oversee assigned marketing budgets and evaluate return on investment

8+ years of marketing experience across digital, social media, communications, and analytics
Experience executing campaigns and managing brand positioning initiatives
Strong writing, storytelling, and content development ability
Experience managing external vendors, agencies, or partners
Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action
Strong organization and project management skills
Experience working in collaborative and cross-functional environments
Proficiency with standard marketing tools and business software
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Ability to work independently in a fast-changing or early-stage environment
Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
