What do we need?
We are looking for a Lead Front-End Developer who will play a key role in building revolutionary products for digital health companies. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of front-end developers and collaborating with clients to gather requirements, design and develop front-end solutions.

Engineering Outcomes
- Develop and implement user interfaces for web applications using React.js.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mock-ups into responsive, interactive features.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and best practices.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular.js.
- Experience in leading or mentoring a team of developers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with healthcare companies will be a plus.
