Senior Manager, Paid Media (Brand)

Senior Manager, Paid Media (Brand) will oversee global media plan across online and offline channels to ensure bespoke media activations pending market lifecycle & localised differences. They report to the Senior Director of Paid Media.

Responsibilities

  • Develop talent, foster collaboration and ensure effective communication and implement scalable measurement methodologies and operational frameworks to guide testing road maps and ensure actionable results for online and offline media activations.
  • Project manage across direct team and cross‑functional partners through clear alignment on KPIs, identifying roadblocks and proactively optimising processes.
  • Develop test and learn roadmap to inform investment strategy, identify new learnings and increase media incrementally and efficacy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (platform partner, media agency, creative, etc.) to scale and track paid media recommendations.
  • Lead partnership QBRs to ensure agency and platform partner relationships are meeting mutual expectations & performance.
  • Look for opportunities to include new technologies & innovative tactics within the programme; continuously monitor industry trends, technologies and standards for campaign as well as monitor competitive landscape to understand marketplace and industry trends over time.
  • Leverage data and user insights to make decisions for new & existing work streams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing required.
  • 5–7 years in marketing in paid media (brand) with a focus on analytics; experience in luxury/fashion a plus.
  • Solid understanding of media measurement solutions and testing implementation (MMM, brand awareness tracking, split testing).
  • Proven ability in strategy development and data analysis to drive marketing decisions.
  • Experience leading and developing a team, with strong project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong negotiation skills.
  • Skilled in budget management and optimising marketing investments.
  • Ability to adapt strategies in a fast‑paced environment and innovate as needed.
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies, digital platforms, offline media and analytics tools.

Salary

Estimated salary range: $140,000 – $145,000 base pay. Total compensation may include healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, paid time off, sick time, and more.
