Role Overview
This role is part of the Purchase Experience (PX) Strategy team and serves as a senior individual contributor responsible for advancing, and operationalizing PX strategy. The role plays a critical part in connecting enterprise priorities to PX initiatives, influencing strategic direction, and ensuring execution aligns with business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Portfolio Strategy & Strategic Planning
- Drive the development and evolution of PX strategy across capabilities, experiences, and investments, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities
- Shape prioritization, sequencing, and trade‑off decisions by evaluating how PX initiatives impact business outcomes
- Lead strategic planning efforts for defined domains or initiatives, including framing problems, structuring analysis, and developing recommendations
- Partner with Initiative Leads and stakeholders to ensure initiatives are strategically aligned and positioned for successful execution
Strategy Integration within Purchase Experience
- Translate enterprise and business strategies into actionable PX direction, including implications for client journeys, operational workflows, and decisioning processes
- Identify systemic gaps and inefficiencies, and develop recommendations to improve end‑to‑end purchase experience performance
- Influence how strategy is operationalized across PX by guiding decision‑making and aligning stakeholders
Competitive Intelligence & Market Insight
- Develop perspectives on how leading organizations enable sales, underwriting, and digital purchase experiences
- Bring forth forward‑looking insights that shape strategic direction and investment focus
Innovation, Experimentation & Applied Strategy
- Lead identification and framing of high‑impact innovation opportunities
- Structure and guide proofs of concept, pilots, and experimentation efforts
- Translate experimentation results into scalable recommendations and strategic direction
What You’ll Bring
Professional Background
- 7–10+ years of experience in management consulting or financial services strategy
- Proven ability to influence prioritization and business decisions
- Experience translating strategy into execution plans

- Advanced strategic thinking and problem‑solving
- Ability to connect enterprise priorities to execution‑level outcomes
- Strong executive communication skills
- High degree of ownership and accountability
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $119,000 – $190,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
Required Licensing
This role requires FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre‑hire fingerprinting.
