We are seeking a mission‑minded and relationship‑driven sales & marketing leader to join us as the Director of Community Relations at Lakeview Memory Care.
Compensation
Full‑time opportunity. Salary: $85,000–$90,000 annually, dependent on experience; Salaried/Exempt position with bonus opportunities.

Who You Are
You enjoy being at the forefront of marketing and sales. The DCR is responsible for developing and increasing occupancy levels and high‑quality census through actively campaigning to sell the community’s outstanding senior living options and living standards.
What You'll Do
- Be the community leader responsible for providing the highest level of customer service, including building a prospect base, responding to inquiries, generating and giving community tours, and performing purposeful follow‑up
- Coordinate the annual and monthly marketing action plans
- Maintain census rates and inquiry history
- Maintain marketing collateral
- Coordinate for all move‑ins
- Maintain the mailing and follow‑up calls with customers and referrals
- Complete a weekly marketing report
- Maintain Guest and Showrooms
- Communicate regularly with department managers, community leaders, and other marketing staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Sales and marketing experience
- Experience working in the senior living industry is preferred
- Effective leader who loves working with seniors
- Team‑focused individual with a deep commitment to customer service
- Must be drug‑free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
