Title: Supply Growth Manager
Location: Chicago, IL 60607 or Washington, DC 20019
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $65-$70/hr
Responsibilities
- Hands‑on, in‑market execution: You will need to visit the cities and engage with drivers, couriers, and potential drivers directly to understand the levers you’ll need to scale and apply to grow the supply and give qualitative feedback to the team to improve marketplace management.
- Dashboarding and growth levers building: Build your own dashboards and test and scale specific growth levers (CRMs, incentives).
- Cross‑functional collaboration: Engage with the teams that manage them, understand how they work and how you can leverage them.
- Strategy & Planning: Work with EMEA and US team to design the operational strategy & setup for supply growth.
Mandatory Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience in strategy, operations and project management coming from industries such as technology, management consulting, investment banking and/or marketplace operations.
- Phenomenal stakeholder management skills with experience working with senior partners and cross‑functional teams in large organizations to develop and operationalize initiatives.
- Master problem solver; develops new frameworks for complex problems where no standards exist today and engages other experts for feedback and integrates it effectively.
- Hands‑on operational mentality.
- Experience with identifying, building and improving operational processes.
- Data‑driven decision mentality and strong business judgment through excellent analytical thinking and experience interpreting data (SQL experience a plus).
- Strong communication and comfortable sharing information formally or informally with senior audiences. Able to articulate a clear vision and areas of strategic focus.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Creative solutions‑driven approach, with an "anything is possible" attitude.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with Google Suite, SQL Analysis, Spreadsheets, etc.
- A degree in BA or MA; preference for Economics, Business, Management, Engineering.
