  • Manage one‑sheet printing and budgeting, and coordinate with our fulfillment shipping house.

  • Collaborate with other team members for in‑theater signage/standee strategy, including liaising with vendors and overseeing production and installation of assets.
  • Manage special screenings for NEON releases.
    • Coordinate with theaters for special events, ensuring talent is handled upon entry and exit, securing microphones, chairs, social slides on screen, sound and projection.
    • Attend screenings in‑person to ensure all events run smoothly and that a NEON representative is on site.
  • Manage relationships with premium format partners—including IMAX, Dolby, Barco, and Dbox—for promotional partnerships and assets.
  • Oversee weekly exhibitor relations blasts.
  • Develop high‑quality presentations and campaign decks using Keynote and PowerPoint.
  • Build, update, and finalize campaign calendars, tracking documents, reports, and presentations to support project execution.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Design, Publicity, International and Digital teams to drive cohesive campaigns.
  • Monitor box‑office performance, market trends, audience behavior, and competitive releases to inform exhibitor strategy.
  • Provide leadership with updates and reporting on exhibitor engagement, campaign effectiveness, and market feedback.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, screenings, and exhibitor regional and national conferences.
  • Mentor and manage coordinator and manager‑level team members as applicable.
