What You’ll Own
- End-to-End Demand Generation Strategy.
- Lead integrated acquisition strategy across: Paid Search, Paid Social, Organic Social, SEO / AEO / GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), Programmatic, CTV/OTT, and ABM.
- Drive performance against CPL, CAC, and pipeline/revenue targets.
Performance Marketing That Actually Performs
- Own optimization across the full funnel from click to conversion.
- Continuously test, learn, and scale what works.
- Turn insights into action fast.
Agency & Budget Accountability
- Manage and optimize a $5M+ media budget.
- Hold agency partners accountable for ROI, transparency, and execution.
- Make smart, data-driven investment decisions.
AI-Driven Search & Digital Innovation
- Ensure brand visibility across: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and emerging platforms.
- Build citation-ready, structured content ecosystems (FAQ, schema, conversational AI).
- Stay ahead of how people search and how brands show up.
Advanced Analytics & Attribution
- Lead Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and incrementality testing.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable decisions.
What You Bring
- 8 to 12 years in digital/growth marketing with proven ownership of pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Experience managing $5M+ annual media budgets with clear ROI accountability.
- Deep expertise in Paid media, SEO/AEO/GEO, CRO, Multi-touch attribution, and performance analytics.
- Tech and analytical strength in Google Analytics (GA4) or Adobe Analytics, data tools: Excel, Looker, and ETL platforms (Funnel.io, Supermetrics, etc.).
- Strong understanding of schema markup and structured data for AI search.
- Modern Marketing & AI fluency.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for campaign optimization, keyword discovery, creative iteration, performance insights.
- Familiarity with AI-search visibility platforms (Profound, Goodie, AthenaHQ, etc.).
