Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – Southern California

Position Overview
The Territory Sales Manager willownthe development and growth of Bawi infoodserviceandon-premiseaccounts acrossSouthern California. This person will be responsible for opening new accounts, organizing events and activations, managing a team of Brand Ambassadors (BAs) and Account Managers, and working cross-functionally with marketing to ensure Bawi is positioned to succeed at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and expand Bawi’s footprint across top hospitality groups, restaurants, bars, hotels, coffee shops, music venues, and cultural spaces.
- Identify and secure newon-premiseplacements aligned with brand positioning.
- oThis includes helping Victorandoursalesforcescale andmaximizeoutreach by usingourCRM process at least one day per week
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Pitch on-site activations to new and existing customers,overseetheexecution of events, andproduce debriefsfor management.
Account Management
- Conduct regular visits toon premisepartners, and other key accounts to build rapport, address issues, and provide product education and training.
- Maximize sell-through and reorder frequency across existing accounts.
- Run staff tastings and training to drive advocacy and repeat ordering.
- Workwith team to increase Bawi placements, branding, and anything else to increasebrand presence at accounts.
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively address slow-moving accounts.
- Manage relationships with distributors servicing theon-premise/foodservice channel.
- Align on priorities, ride-alongs, incentives, and pipeline development.
- Ensure proper inventory levels and order flow.
- Identify gaps in coverage and work cross-functionally to solve.
Reporting and Analysis
- Compile and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting sales achievements, market insights, and areas of concern.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and deploy POS, coordinate social promotions, and support event-specific content.
Key Performance Metric
- Open a minimum of10new doors per month
- Achieveplacement in priority account targets and regional hospitality groups
- Ensure all accounts arevisitedpertheir cadenceand maintain minimum monthly velocity
- Perform20-25in-person visitsto potential customers per week
- Schedule and execute4on-siteactivationsper month, supporting local community/cultural events aligned with brand positioning
