We’re hiring a proactive, outcomes-driven Global ABX Marketing Manager to lead global, integrated campaigns with a focus on industry verticals (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power, etc). You will develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that focus on key accounts within our target market. This role involves collaborating closely with sales teams, industry principals, and utilizing data-driven insights to create personalized marketing campaigns that drive engagement, nurture relationships, and ultimately lead to revenue growth.
What You Will Do
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive ABM/ABX strategies tailored to high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with Seeq’s overall business objectives and focusing on key industry verticals such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power, etc.
- Account Selection: Identify and prioritize target accounts based on value, fit, and engagement signals, leveraging insights from data analytics and market research.
- Personalized Campaigns: Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver personalized content and messaging to key stakeholders within target accounts, enhancing engagement and driving conversion.
- Launch and host webinars to drive engagement within Seeq’s target prospect accounts.
- Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with sales teams to understand account-specific needs, share insights, and align marketing initiatives that support the sales process.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement levels, lead generation, and pipeline impact, to continually optimize ABM/ABX efforts.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with content, product, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all account-specific campaigns.
- Tools and Technology: Utilize marketing automation and analytics tools to track account engagement, measure campaign success, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Leadership Thought: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in ABM/ABX, continuously seeking innovative approaches to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
- 5-7 years in B2B enterprise demand generation or account-based marketing (ABM/ABX), account segmentation and pipeline creation and acceleration.
- Close collaboration with Sales, BDR, and RevOps; ability to translate shared KPIs into joint plans and governance.
- Proficiency with growth and AI-powered platforms (e.g., 6sense or comparable, Marketo, Salesforce, and other ABM/ABX platforms) and turning data into action.
- Excellent program/project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment; able to influence without authority.
