Responsibilities

  • New business identification and procurement
  • Analyze market competition and trends within various business segments
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and controlling the hotel's sales and marketing plan
  • Create and maintain strong business relationships within various market segments
  • Manage sales-related activities for the property
  • Maximize and enhance room and event revenues to meet and exceed the hotel's revenue goals
  • Retain and grow existing business to maximize profitability
  • Support department goals by coaching Sales Team Members in the sales process
  • Act in the absence of the Corporate Director of Sales to develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives to maximize hotel service and profitability
