Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Greater Minneapolis‑St. Paul Area, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Regional Director of Operations will oversee daily operations across multiple senior living communities while ensuring efficiency, high‑quality care, and financial performance.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Operations Management, including strategy implementation and process improvement
- Sales and census growth skillset and experience
- Strong Analytical Skills for decision‑making, problem‑solving, and performance evaluation
- Proficiency in Team Management and leadership to support and guide on‑site leadership teams
- Experience with Budgeting and financial oversight to ensure cost‑effectiveness and sustainability
- Focus on Customer Service to ensure a high standard of care and satisfaction for residents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in senior living operations or healthcare is a significant asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) strongly preferred
