Elizabeth Lamont is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager & Photographer to lead and execute our digital presence across all platforms. This role is responsible for bringing the brand to life visually and strategically—capturing the essence of our design work, retail offerings, and lifestyle through thoughtful, elevated content.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role for someone who thrives in both creative direction and execution. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of social media performance, and the ability to translate brand identity into compelling visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and audience reach
  • Concept and plan content aligned with brand initiatives, product launches, and campaigns
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms

Content Creation & Production

  • Lead end-to-end content production, including concept development, photography, videography, editing, and publishing
  • Capture high-quality photo and video content in-store, on-site at projects, and during events
  • Coordinate and execute photoshoots, including styling and shot planning
  • Produce both short-form and long-form video content optimized for each platform

Editing & Design

  • Edit video content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, TikTok, and similar platforms
  • Design visual assets for marketing initiatives including social posts, promotional graphics, posters, and digital campaigns
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand’s elevated, refined aesthetic

Publishing & Platform Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Substack, and ShopMy
  • Maintain a consistent and strategic posting cadence across all channels
  • Oversee and manage all company digital platforms

Community Engagement

  • Actively engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactions
  • Foster relationships with followers, customers, and brand partners
  • Monitor trends and conversations to inform content direction
  • Collaborate on campaign strategy, product launches, and promotional initiatives
  • Assist in creating assets for paid media (Meta ads, email marketing, etc.)
  • Support Substack blog content, including editorial planning and publishing

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role
  • Strong photography and videography skills with an elevated aesthetic sensibility
  • Proficiency in content editing tools (CapCut, Canva, TikTok, Adobe Suite preferred)
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and performance optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Experience in interior design, home, lifestyle, or luxury brands is highly preferred
