Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing)
We are looking for an experienced Community Relations Director to promote Cascade Living and enhance visibility within the senior living industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Sales and Marketing process to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
- Achieve the necessary number of leads by following up on all inquiries and staying in constant contact with warm leads.
- Conduct tours for prospects while on-site at the community.
- Develop relationships and create professional referrals with various contacts, including social workers, case managers, physicians, nurses, therapists, managers, administrators, and religious leaders.
- Organize targeted special events monthly.
- Conduct extensive competitor analysis and tours of competitor communities regularly.
- Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living.
Qualifications
- Preferred two years of Sales and Marketing experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- History of hitting or exceeding monthly and quarterly occupancy and move‑in goals.
- Strong communication skills.
- Compassionate individual representing the community in a positive and professional manner.
- Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and families and thrives at facilitating small‑group presentations.
- In‑depth knowledge of competitors and community sources.
- Innovative thinker bringing new ideas to the table.
- Ownership attitude who stays focused despite interruptions throughout the day.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- First Aid/CPR Certification.
Compensation
$28.00 - $30.00/hour + amazing commission potential (depending on experience)

- Tuesday - Saturday
- 9 AM - 5:30 PM
- Weekend Availability Required
