Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Santa Ana, CA, for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and propose tailored IT and office technology solutions. Responsibilities include managing the sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing deals, conducting client consultations, and staying informed about industry trends and products.
Qualifications Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to assess client needs and propose customized solutions
Familiarity with IT services, office technology, and products such as copiers and printers
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management skills
Relevant sales or marketing certification is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
