divh2Manager of Digital Content/h2pThe Manager of Digital Content is responsible for executing digital marketing and content initiatives that support audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility across the Institute for Humane Studies (IHS) and its sub-brands, including ScholarsEdge. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role plays a key executional role in campaign delivery, content production, and digital channel management. While initially focused on executing established marketing strategies and campaigns, this position is expected to grow into increased ownership of campaign planning and paid media strategy over time, demonstrated through successful execution, optimization, and performance outcomes./ph3Duties and Responsibilities/h3ulliExecute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns supporting audience acquisition, engagement, and conversion across IHS brands, with a primary focus on ScholarsEdge./liliBuild, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta./liliImplement A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget adjustments to improve campaign performance./liliContribute to campaign planning and progressively take on ownership of discrete campaigns or channels based on performance and demonstrated capability./li/ululliDevelop and produce digital content aligned with campaign and brand objectives, including written, visual, and platform-specific formats./liliAdapt messaging for different audiences and channels while maintaining consistency across IHS and ScholarsEdge brands./liliSupport content distribution across email, social media, and web channels./li/ululliMaintain and update web and landing page content across IHS properties, including ScholarsEdge./liliExecute improvements to user flows, landing pages, and conversion pathways to support campaign goals./liliConduct testing and implement changes based on user behavior and performance data./li/ululliMonitor and report on campaign and channel performance using analytics and marketing platforms. Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators./liliTranslate performance data into actionable recommendations and contribute to ongoing campaign optimization./li/ululliPartner with program, development, and communications teams to execute campaigns aligned with organizational priorities./liliSupport digital marketing efforts across multiple brands and initiatives, ensuring flexibility as priorities evolve beyond ScholarsEdge./liliContribute to improvements in marketing tools, workflows, and execution practices./li/ulh2Required Qualifications/h2ulliBachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field./lili3+ years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing with a strong emphasis on hands-on execution./liliDemonstrated experience building and managing paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), including campaign setup, testing, and optimization./liliProficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics (GA4), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and content management systems./liliExperience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and performance-driven marketing approaches./liliStrong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content across audiences and channels./liliAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a cross-functional environment./li/ulh2Preferred Qualifications/h2ulliExperience supporting the growth of a digital platform, product, or online community, especially in academia./liliExperience working across multiple brands or initiatives within a shared marketing function./liliExperience in nonprofit, academic, or mission-driven organizations./liliFamiliarity with SEO and content optimization practices./li/ulpTo apply, qualified candidates must submit the following materials:/pulliResume/liliCover letter detailing your interest in this position and why the IHS mission resonates with you./liliPortfolio/Writing samples/li/ulpEEO Statement:/ppWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
