Video Content Producer

To support the expansion of Brookhaven's content ecosystem, the full-time remote Video Content Producer will coordinate production pipelines, manage relationships with external partners, and transform creative ideas into engaging content for a large audience.
Key responsibilities

Own and maintain the master content calendar, ensuring alignment with franchise priorities and publishing schedules
Translate creative briefs into production-ready plans, timelines, and deliverables while reviewing content for brand standards
Build relationships across the creator ecosystem and manage community content submission workflows

Required qualifications

6+ years of experience in video content production or a related field
Experience producing or managing creator-led or digitally native content from concept through publication
Strong understanding of production management, including timelines and stakeholder coordination
Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Excellent organizational and project management skills
