Consultative Sales & Account Director
Salary: £65,000 + quarterly bonus
Location / Hybrid: North London – hybrid working available
Our client, a growing and innovative organisation, is seeking an experienced Consultative Sales & Account Director to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a senior-level opportunity offering the chance to lead key accounts, manage high-performing teams, and drive strategic growth within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
The role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who enjoys building strong partnerships, leading consultative conversations, and balancing client delivery with revenue growth.
Duties include:
Building and maintaining senior client relationships across a portfolio of key accounts
Acting as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insight and consultative support
Identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and drive revenue growth
Leading complex sales conversations and managing long‑term client strategies
Overseeing and mentoring multiple account management teams
Driving performance, supporting development, and fostering a collaborative culture
Managing commercial targets and supporting pipeline growth
Working closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
Monitoring pipeline activity, forecasting, and improving account processes
Experience / Skills required:
Proven experience in a senior account management, client services or business development role
Strong background in consultative sales and account growth
Experience within an agency, consultancy or professional services environment
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Experience leading teams and managing performance
Commercially focused with experience driving revenue targets
Strong organisational and strategic planning abilities
Confident communicator, able to influence at a senior level
Proactive and adaptable within a fast-moving environment
