Social Media Manager

We are a dental office with locations in Greenbelt and Laurel MD.
We are looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence and bring our brand to life through engaging content.
Duties include: Visit our office/location a few times per week/month to capture photos and videos.
Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram / Facebook / TikTok / LinkedIn.
Write captions, use relevant hashtags, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Develop a monthly content calendar.
Monitor comments and engage with our audience.
Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports.
What we are looking for: Proven experience managing social media accounts (portfolio required).
Strong photography and short-form video skills.
Proficiency in editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Lightroom.
Knowledge of current social media trends.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Bonus: Experience in the dental/medical/retail/food industry.
Compensation is negotiable.
