IceMule is a fast-growing backpack cooler brand built for people who like to go places. We need someone who can do real work across customer service and social media content. You will own things on day one, working directly alongside two of the Co-Owners. If you want to understand how a brand is built from the ground up, this is the room to be in.
What You Will Do
Customer Service (~50%): Manage daily inquiries via email and social DMs, resolve order and warranty issues, and own the post-purchase experience -- making people feel like they bought from a brand that actually cares
Social Media & Content (~50%): Manage and schedule organic posts, create branded graphics, engage with the community, assist with influencer and affiliate outreach, and help maintain a content calendar
General Admin: Support founders with day-to-day tasks -- the kind of person who notices something is broken and fixes it without being asked
What We Are Looking For
Design skills: Canva is the minimum bar -- Figma or Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) is a plus. Not an expert, just dangerous enough to get things done
Written communication: Clear, warm, and on-brand -- no robotic CS scripts
Social media literacy: Understands what works on Instagram and why
Organized: Can manage a content calendar, an inbox, and a task list at the same time
Entrepreneurial: Low ego, high initiative -- you want to own things, not just execute tasks
Microsoft 365 proficient: comfortable in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams as part of your everyday workflow
A person who cares: About the brand, the customer, and the quality of the work
Plus: Comfortable shooting or lightly editing short‑form video (iPhone‑level is fine)
Plus: Familiarity with Klaviyo, Gorgias, and/or Shopify
