Overview Renewal by Andersen, a leading window and door manufacturer in the Boston metro area, is seeking enthusiastic marketers for its Retail & Event Marketing Team. The position is part‑time, flexible, and located at premier retail partner sites.
Responsibilities Meet with prospective customers in retail partner locations and explain Renewal by Andersen solutions.
Book no‑cost appointments for Renewal by Andersen window experts.
Follow up on appointments, provide confirmations, and relay feedback to the team.
Compensation Base pay of $17.50 per hour (rate may vary based on experience, education, location, and certifications).
Up to $1,000 weekly commission based on appointments booked.
Requirements Authorized to work in the United States.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Motivation to help grow the Renewal by Andersen footprint.
Dependable team player.
Available weekdays and weekends.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
